Nick Daniels is a preeminent authority in estate planning in South Florida, with more than 50 years of experience guiding families and businesses through complex wealth planning.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1968, Mr. Daniels earned his B.S. in Business Administration (1965) and J.D. (1968) from the University of Florida, followed by an LL.M. in Taxation (1971) from New York University. He is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, recognized for his deep expertise in estate and tax law.

Mr. Daniels has been an active member of the legal community throughout his career. His affiliations include Phi Delta Phi, the international legal honor society; the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami (since 1975); the Florida Bar Tax Section; the American Bar Association Tax Section; and the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
